Curtis Projects Wins 2026 NSW Building Excellence Award | Tweed Heads Builder

Curtis Projects is proud to announce we've taken out the 2026 Master Builders Association NSW Northern Regions Excellence Award for House Additions, Alterations and Renovations ($500,000–$700,000).

The award was presented at the Master Builders Northern Regions Excellence in Building Awards Gala held in Ballina on 24 June 2026 — recognising the best residential and commercial building projects across northern NSW.

What the Award Means

The Master Builders Association NSW Excellence Awards are one of the building industry's most respected benchmarks for quality, craftsmanship and professional delivery. Winning in a competitive renovation category is a reflection of the standard we hold ourselves to on every project — not just the ones that end up on a trophy shelf.

For Curtis Projects, this isn't about marketing. It's validation from the industry's peak body that the work we do for our clients meets the highest standard in NSW.

About the Winning Project

The award-winning project was a substantial architecturally designed first floor addition with kitchen, dining and living areas, a new hardwood deck and a brand new master bedroom, walk in robe and ensuite to the ground floor.

Like all Curtis Projects work, it was owner-operated from start to finish — meaning Toby Curtis was personally across every detail, trade, and decision throughout the build.
